I have 2 partitions, C for windows and D for everything else. I have like 700mb left on C and plenty on D. Just partitioned C alittle too small when I setup the hard drive. When I try running the patch, the installer window loads up and says that you have too little disk space and need 1600mb. How do I get the installer to look at my D drive instead of C. C doesn't have anything to do with the game, the game is saved on D. THanks

I had the same problem. The only thing that worked for me was freeing up some space on the C: drive (luckily I was able to do so). I found it pretty dumb and annoying it even checks the C: drive when the game is installed somewhere else.

The Battlefield 2 1.03 patch requires that you have 1.6GB free on your C drive.

Just move some stuff over, install it, and move your stuff back .

I had the same issue... Just more examples of the quality patch that they checked over many times to make sure it was ready. ;)
