does this happen to anyone else also? Everytime I use Xfire, the frequency of crashing to desktop increases 10fold. It really irritates me, especially when I want to chat w/ acquaintances met online.
 
this was a little sudden to expect alot of people to join the server. We need to scheduale a certain time on a certain day, then you would have more of a chance to get people playing at the same time.

yep. It does happen to me too, Xfire and Teamspeak to tell the truth. I have really only tried it in BF2 and CS:S though.
 
I've never had trouble with Xfire and TS or Ventrillo in any games...

Perhaps you don't have enough RAM?
 
Celeryman was the only one there when I joined last night. C'mon you noobs. We should plan out a time to play though it would be fun. I had a good ping on that server, I'm down with using it in the future.

I'm just installing the update now, take awhile damn it then I'll be there in the server in about 30 minutes I'm hoping, someone better be in there !
 
any of you guys know how to set up the server to be a coop one? i dont see a "check box" that designates the server to be coop. i'm using the canned bf2 standalone server and yes, i've got the latest patch. thanks!
