Battlefield 2 Language Issue

So I made the mistake of buying Battlefield 2 on E-Bay, and didn't pay as much attention to the ad as I should have (the price was too good). Lesson learned. I ended up getting the THAI version. Though the seller linked to a file that is supposed to allow multi language support, I can not get it too work. Does any one know of a way to get it to work? Thanks.
