Does anyone know how to benchmark using the settings and files used for this benchmark: http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=3072

I want to be able to compare the scores on my system, but thanks to the limited details of the actual benchmarking I can't do that. I am new to this so I'll need detailed steps. If anyone knows I would appreciate it if you would provide the details of how-to.
