Battlefield 1942 down for anyone?????

It's not working for me, when ever I click on the internet button, it freezes and crashs to desktop.

Worked fine until just now, I did a restart and it still did it the same thing, only thing that I can think of is that I installed Zonealarm today but, it still does it whether it is turned off or not and even after I uninstalled it.

I just thought I would check on here to see if maybe the server is down and that is screwing something up.

and to think earlier today I just could'nt wait until the retail and now the freaking beta is screwing up on me Argghhhhhh:|

I had the same problem w/ BF1942 and ZoneAlarm. I hadn't been using ZoneAlarm, but I found that I had to start ZoneAlarm, then shut it down before it would work properly.

I know Zone Alarm Pro gave CounterStrike problems.

Haven't had ZA installed for a while now so I don't know if it would affect BF1942. I have a hardware firewall (Netgear FR314) instead.

I believe this has been a problem with GeForce 3 cards and this game. Check EA's site to look for a fix.

no problems here, and i have a geforce 3 ti 200

ZA and BF1942 don't play well together. Turn off ZA.
