Battle of the Sequels Movie Edition

Has to be the second movie in a series of movies. No third. Think I pretty much covered the only good sequels out there. Oh and Dark Knight isn't a sequel, it's a remake. That's why it's not in there plus everyone here would choose it so no DK.

How the hell is the Dark Knight not a sequel? It's the sequel to Batman Begins, a reboot.
And the Harry Potter movie you listed isn't even the second one.

I disagree about Dark Knight not being a sequel. It most certainly was a sequel to Batman Begins.

Nah, it is a sequel, but I'd still pick Godfather.

I went with Starwars: TESB. But it's very closely followed by both T2 and The Godfather part II.

This thread completely fails with the OP saying The Dark Knight is a remake.
