some of you come with some odd polls. the card options are all over the place and the price range is wide so no one card can possibly meet all criteria. noise will be determined by the actual cooler as already mentioned. the card that can play the most games on ultra would of course be the 7950. the lowest power consumption would be the 750.

a GTX760 can be bought for $250 as well and should've been on the list, that's how much I paid for mine a few months ago. I love the 750Ti, packs plenty of punch for today's games and still sips power, you're not going to get performance in ultra settings though.

I voted 270X, its price is above what it should be at the moment here but it's a good overall card.
