Hello all. I am currently seeking a .iso of BatteryMark2002 since on my college budget the $20 to get a copy shipped to me is a bit much.

Here is the thing though, when VeriTest was still a part of ZDLabs, they explicitly said that they did not offer BatteryMark 2002 for download for bandwith reasons, however it was legal to make a copy of it from someone who had one or just buy it via the online store.

Now that ZDlabs spun off the whole WinBench suite to "VeriTest" though, they say that it is no longer available for download since their contracts probhibit them, but they were still avaliable for purchace via VeriTest's website. Basically, is it still legal to make a copy of these CD's? If it is not, well, you didn't see that request ;)

Just did a little more digging and according to the website

We put everything we can here on the Web so you can download it for free. When we mail CDs, we have to charge a small shipping and handling fee. You may give our benchmarks away, but our license agreement forbids your selling them.

I guess that means giving out .iso's is still ok.
