The price you pay for 8 batteries and the charger is well worth it. It can charge 4 batteries in just 3 hours. The seller is ptron1. Hope this is the information that you're looking for.
 
That charger is the same one that I have. I bought it because it is highly rated by
any one you speak to online, and I can't say that I disagree with them.
 
Go to best Buy and get the Everedy charger for much cheaper, I use one for my Logitech optical which eats batteries for breakfast.
