Battery led still orange after full charging, anybody knows what the problem?

I am using Thinkpad A31p series. It's acting weird with the battery indicator. After using it up to almost 3% left on my battery, I recharge it to full 100%. However, the battery indicator still showing the orange color instead of green. Anybody having the problem like mine?

I had a problem like yours on my Toshiba Satellite 2060CDS. I think it's because the battery is going old, and you should replace it. I replaced the battery on mine and it was green again.

so it's the problem with the battery... oh well let me try with my friend's battery and see if it solves the problem or not
