i unknowingly bought a radio shack battery charger with this, one of the first times i've bought a better product than i thought i was getting. apparently this is a really good recharger (23-422), right up there with the mahas (and it's not a rebranded maha). i just want to know what makes it so good, i have very little knowledge as to this battery stuff. any help is appreciated, thanks!

Delta V would be change in voltage, and Zero Slope Peak Voltage detection probably means that the thing automatically shuts off when the battery has reached it's peak power, and the derivative of delta V is zero. Basically, it means it shuts off when it is fully charged.

thanks!

another question, this charger supposedly has this trickle charge thing... so is it just that when it's fully charged, it shuts down, then trickles? or does it detect when it's losing some energy, then it starts trickling? how does that work...
