battery advice for new digicam owners?

Ok, so everyone tells me that i need to get good rechargeable batteries for my digicam. Can anyone recomeend a brand? Anyone have good bad experiences with certain ones?

I think the Rayovac Nickel Hydride rechargeable batteries are terrific for my Kodak DC265. Huge improvement over normal alkaline rechargeables.

I'm with dcdomain, Nickel Metal Hydride rocks!!! I also bought rayovac, but only because my local radio shack was out of stock on theirs. The AA rayovacs are rated 1300 mAh.
