Baton Rouge Drivers Suck!

I live in Baton Rouge. I just heard on the radio that there are currently 8 wrecks in about an 8 mile stretch on the Interstate systems (1-10 and I-12). There are also 4 surface street accidents. This is only for a 2 hours time period!!

What is wrong with these people? It is raining and the visibility sucks. These jerknuts are the reason why I pay $1200 per 6 months for freaking car insurance.
