Batman Begins 1080p trailer not work?

I dl'd a bunch of these yesterday and they all worked. Did not dl that one though.

I get that problem with the Batman Begins trailer too. Very annoying!!!

I just tried it and got:

When I clicked the Web Help button I was taken to:
