Batman Arkham Knight - ram usage 5,8gb but stutter.

Hello. So my pc is 4790k, 8gb ram and 980 Ti . Also when i am playing longer time Batman Arkham Knight my fps starts lagging from 70 fps to 40-50 fps and again up for example to 70 or 80 fps.
I am using Windows 10 now. Ram usage is 5,8gb .
It could be because of only 8gb ram even if usage is 5,8gb?
Temps are fine.

Most likely it's not you, it's Arkham Knight. It is known to run poorly.

Great. I upgraged to windows 10 and less stutter and frames are more stable

Nice win 10 helped even if i have 8gb ram. Ram usage is 5,8gb.. Why they recommend 12 gb then ?

Hello again. I have a question about ram when playing B:Arkham Knight. When playing my task manager saying that 5.8gb is in use.
But on lower position COMMITED is saying 10gb from 16 gb. What does mean? I must add more ram? What is mean COMMITED?

Committed is:
Memory in use / memory limit

Limit is memory + pagefile, I believe.
