I finally beat the game last week, after I watched the end credits it threw it back in the middle of the game. I exited and reloaded and my profile says 65% complete, is this because I didn't solve all of the Riddlers Riddles? Seems like the logical answer but when I load my page it starts me well into the game, about the last 20% I'd say. And I definitely missed a lot of the riddles prior to this point.

You can go back and get all the riddles and tapes you missed to get 100%.

Don't the challenges also count to 100%?

Yes I believe so. Also when you beat the game it should drop you right outside the last building you entered to fight Joker. Definitely not "in the middle of the game"... it's right before the final battle.

Riddles plus completion of all challenges = 100%. Get to it!
