So after securing mortgage for bidding, I checked on what to fix with my current house to ready it as a rental.

In the guest bathroom, I saw the vanity's bottom surface and panels are wrapped and peeled outward.

Can I use nails to secure the surface and panels back in places, and then use wood filler to fill up any small gap?

Also, what might has caused this? Moisture?

Looks like water damage. You might be able beat it back into place and nail it together. Looks like a very cheap vanity though.

Yep, this is the original one that came with the house. Come to think of it, when kid was little he always "aim" and missed. So the floor next to the vanity was usaully cover with his "gift"..
