Bathroom Plumbing 101

Storage room that I want as a bathroom.

Would I be correct with the following assumptions?
A) Shower
B) Toilet
C) Vent for all these drains
D) Sink

I want to put drywall up too. But I don't know if there is room for 2x4s. How much distance should the toilet drain be from the wall? I may have to just put 1x2s on.

correct. the standard distance between the centerline of the toilet waste and a wall is 12", but you IIRC can get toilets that have 10" and 14" offsets for places where mistakes were made.

Yep, looks right to me.

Thanks for the confirmation. I wasn't sure if I was confusing the sink and the toilet drain.

The centerline of both are ~13 inches from the wall. So if I do a 1x2 glued to the wall and 1/2" drywall, I should get them ~12 inches from the wall. So a standard toilet will work.

The 10 and 14" closets aren't necessarily for mistakes but could be used for space issues. You can get them but your selection gets limited and more expensive. 12" is the most common but you can also get an offset closet flange if needed (illegal in some places though).
