Batch Resizing .jpgs?

Hi There,
I often resize my digital pics for uploading to my yahoo account or just to email friends usinga smaller file size.
I normally do this using Adobe Photshop and each file is done individually.

I've not done any real research into this but are there any freeware or even trial products that allow you to "batch" resize (e.g. 640x480 pixels) a selection of .jpg files in one go?

Thanks in advance 🙂

Microsoft has a program that does this. Search google for "MS Powertoys". On that page there is a tool called "Image Resizer".

After you install it, simply select the files you want and right click. Choose resize and dialog box will ask for size. Click and you're done.

This PowerToy enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click.
