So I am computer support tech, and one of the things I do is set up new computers for new users.
I need to BATCH INSTALL various software from different locations, instead of manually going to each place and installing.
I am thinking powershell, but if you know different/easier ways please let me know! If there is software that allows to do this or any other methods that don't involve scripts, I'm all ears!
- Creating an image is OUT OF QUESTION. Boss doesn't want it.
- Deploying through Software Center is not an option. Touching servers is not in my job description.
