Batch file to export a specific registry entry?

There's a specific registry entry that I need to export before I reimage a user's computer. Is there some way to make a little batch file (or whatever kind of program) that I can code with the specific registry entry that I want and have it export it to a prenamed file automatically when I run it?

You could use the object.RegRead in a VBscript to read the key; than have it save to a text file with the proper formatting and a .reg extension.
