Batch file on remote pc

anyone know how to run a batch file on 1 computer to launch an application on another?

Im able to get it to work with Remote Execute software (http://www.veloci.dk/index.asp?visnu=reexec/reexec.htm) but I cant get a batch to work.

any ideas?
