Batch convert iso's

I have alot of kid video's in iso format on my computer that I am converting to mp4's to put on their tablets. I have been using handbrake to convert them, but I just noticed it will only convert one title into one file. Which is not what I want. So, for example the geo trax dvd iso I have has 8 10 minute titles in it. I only want one file not 8. I don't believe handbrake can do this. Is there another program I can use to batch convert iso's some with multiple titles into one mp4's per iso?

The videos may be separate on the iso. You may want to use something like Avidemux to join the resulting mp4 files together.

Alternatively, you could try extracting the contents of the iso with 7-zip, joining the VOB files with something like mpg2cut2, and then encoding the result. But the videos could be out of order or contain extra stuff (e.g. menu videos) that you don't want.

Looks freemake which I already have installed will join my mp4's. It would be nice if handbrake would do it or freemake would take iso's as input, so I only had to use one program. Xmedia Recode may, but I have have read it has a resizing bug.
