Bat files & Silent install...need some help

I have a exe file which I would like to run as an unattended application. I can add a line to the login script to run a .bat file, which inturn calls the .exe file. The file, "Audit32.exe" requires a user to click "Next" 3 time and then "Finish"

Is there any way to have this run this file in the background without having to click anything or even see the audit run?
