Bastille will not work on RH9

I just tried installing Bastille on RH9, but it is prompting me for Perl-Tk module which I thought I installed. here are the versions as shown from 'rpm -q'

Bastille-2.1.2-0.1
perl-5.8.0-88
perl-Curses-1.06-219
atrpms-54-1.rh9.at
Bastille-Tk-module-1.3.0-1.0
Bastille-Curses-module-1.3.0-1.0

I'm not sure if these are all needed, but when I run 'InteractiveBastille', I get an error:

Could not load the 'Tk.pm' interface module. ... may be due to invalid $DISPLAY setting, or the module
is not being visible to Perl.

Doing an 'echo $DISPLAY', I see :0.0

What am I doing wrong, and how can I make this all work?
