Bass boost in Winamp

Any plug-in for Winamp that can boost 20-35Hz bass?

U gonna tell us that you have speakers capable of that low of frequencies attatched to your computer? Is it an SVS sub? I think that if winamp did have a bass boost at those frequencies I would assume the quality would be horrible, especially playing mp3s. Look at how it sounds when you increase the graphic equilizer at 60hz...
