Basketball Shorts question..

Ok, I'm looking for some shorts at foot action, and they have some shorts that say 10" which means 10" inseam. I usually wear a size 32-34" waist pants, would these be too small?

Correct - inseam is the distance from the center of the crotch measuring down the inside of the leg to the end of the shorts, pants, whatever.
