I play basketball...(in the hood I might add...okay...the rec centers of denver, aurora(see...the hood
), westminster, arvada...the streets of wheat ridge, and Lakewood) I also go to high school games, NBA games, and college games as well. I've NEVER heard this phrase before. Maybe it's just me. Have you guys/gals heard it before?
