basic phone with bluetooth voice dialing

Hi. My brother is looking for a basic cell phone (dumb/feature phone) which supports bluetooth voice dialing to use with a Blue Ant Commute speakerphone car kit. He intends to use T-Mobile prepaid minutes/texts (no contract/monthly bill) for rather low usage levels.
I had suggested an older Android phone but he does not want a smartphone of any type.
Having looked around the web, I'm just not coming up with the right search terms.

In summary he wants:
-non smart phone
-T Mobile preferred (other prepaid could be ok I guess - he doesn't have a number yet)
-Supports Bluetooth voice dialing

Any suggested models?
