basic OC diagnoses: reboot/non-starting

I'm trying my best to read up on various forums about this stuff, but it's so hard to search forums for this stuff (for me).

So I'm running a k7n2 delta-L, 2500+ barton, PC3200 corsair value ram, trying to overclock it.

I can get the FSB up to about 180 without changing any other settings except for the memory to go at a 1:1 ration (so it runs at 360 now).

If I bump the fsb up more, I get to the windows loading screen and then it resets. I'm assuming from what I've read that this is because it isn't getting enough power at the stock voltage.

But, when I up the vcore, the computer just won't boot (no beep, monitor just turns off). I can recover by clearing the cmos, but it's a barrier to getting it any higher than 2 GHz.

I don't understand why that should happen though, that it won't boot at all when I only change the vcore. Could it be that my power supply can't give it enough juice (350W, came with case)?
 
Depending on the quality of your power supply, it could be hindering your overclock. You said, it came with the case so I'm assuming it's a cheap one. What does the BIOS say about your voltage rails (3.3V, 5V and 12V)?
