I just want to get the MP3's on my iPod Video (30GB) downloaded to my home computer AND my work computer. The problem is that iTunes is bitching about already being associated with my home computer, and in order to associate it with my work computer, it needs to remove the link to my home library and delete all of my music. Then, and only then, will it associate with my work computer.

All I want to do is keep two music libraries sync'ed up via my iPod.
 
On your home machine, go to the iPod section of the iTunes configuration and set it not to automatically update.
