Basic Hosting/Domain questions...

My girlfriend is taking classes etc in Digital media and would like to host some of her stuff.

We got her a domain a while ago under a GoDaddy promotion, it is about to expire.

We signed up for a Netfirms account ($10 for a year, and I believe it includes two free domain names).

She set it up and wants the domain to be one of her two freebies. However I believe when she signed up she chose the option stating that she already had a domain name, so it looks like its just going to forward, but she'll still have to renew with GoDaddy. She would like to just move it over with Netfirms... do any of you guys know how to do this?

I believe her domain expires within the next couple of days. I don't think anyone is going to take it, but I still want to get this taken care of.

Ok, I did the homework and got it all figured out. It looks like I couldn't do the transfer as it was about to expire tomorrow. So we just paid the $9 and got the domain for another year then changed the name servers.
