i am looking for new basic GPU which can run netflix prime video without lag and windows icons and text must not appear fuzzy pixalated. i am looking for cheapest card
 
i am for now buying gtx 1650, i have two options one is asus tuf gtx 1650 but does not have power connector and other one is msi ventus ocv1 with 6 pin connector both are ddr6 which one should i buy. can i control fan speed with no power connector?
