Basic Contract Help?

I've done some consulting in the past but always people I've know so its just been we agree on a price and I bill them and they pay it. A friend of mine came to me today asking me to help with a place that he wants to do consulting for but I don't have the first idea where to look for a basic standard contract, anyone know of something like this that I can find online?

Thanks BrunoPuntzJones, oh and google, gee never heard of that one I was thinking since some people here do consulting they would have a good idea of what to use instead of just something standard I would find on google.
