Basic Build Help - The Z77A-G41

Background; coming from a AMD 965BE, and the per processor performance is limiting my 460GTX in some games I play often. As in 20fps when I could be getting 40+ (gpu use is at 45% as the CPU is maxed). I am looking for a very cheap boost into an i5. I think I can get a 2500k for roughly 125-135 on ebay or some forums, so its not really a problem. That leaves the mobo.

Basically im in a dilemma. Black friday is soon, but I wont be going anywhere. Just online stuff. However, this motherboard, the Z77A-G41, is going for $50~ after MiR.

Assuming I get the MiR, is this something I should go for? Or should I wait till black friday and see what sort of mobo sales there are? I wont be going over 65$ and it doesn't need to be more than a basic board that can get an i5 over 4Ghz and not burst into flames more than twice a week.

My question is basically.. do you think I'll find anything better than this within 20$ (so $70 total) when BF rolls around? Or should I go for this?

Thanks fellow builders.
