Basic Adobe After Effects Questions.

My buddy is having some trouble understanding some BASIC things on After Effects (Adobe). Is there anywhere online that he can get some basic lessons to learn the basics instead of the complicated stuff? Any input would be good thanks fellas/ladies.

If you need closure in thinking that its me that doesn't understand I don't care, what difference does it make. You can bet your ass I don't understand but I'm not the one that cares, he does. So what is the big deal? I don't take the friggin' class, he does but yeah I don't understand it either. Get a life man please.
