Based on your experience and the people you hang out with...

It should be equal because it takes two to tango and so you'll always have the same number of cheaters... unless of course if they cheat with same sex... (gay folk)

That is assuming that the cheater and cheater's fling both have SOs.

i would say women. At least from what i have seen.
 
In the USA, it seems even to me. I would guess, in my experience, that at least 50% of people cheat and it's both. However, it's not always even in numbers. You'll get a few men that have been with a ton of women (the stud) and a ton of women that have been with a handful of men... then a large number of men that have only been with a small number of women. That tends to hold true for both cheating and non-cheating situations.
 
ive known more girls that have cheated on guys than guys that cheated on girls...so from my experience...Females are cheatin bastards 😛

That's been my experience and what I've seen in others. The answer to "Which sex is more likely to cheat?" would have to depend if we're counting up the number of incidents or the number of individuals.
 
I'd say its about even. Women always seem to find a way to blame it on their SO when they cheat on them though. Guys are just like "I'm a douchebag."

It certainly easier for women to get it when they want it though.

Agreed. And I voted for men. I've been cheated on personally (filthy fvcking wh0re), but I know 5 guys that have cheated on their SO, so I'd have to go with men.
 
I have two friends who have gotten divorced because their wives were cheating on them. I don't have any friends who got divorced because the husband was cheating (although I'm pretty sure that's why my parents got divorced).
 
Someone else mentioned this, and I've noticed it quite a bit, too:

Man Cheats, Gets Confronted:
F: "WTF were you thinking?"
M: "Sorry"

Woman Cheats, Gets Confronted:
M: "WTF were you thinking?" (after he beats other guy senseless)
F: "F--- off... I don't feel like talking about it right now."

My wife and I were friends in high school, but didn't actually date eachother. However, we both cheated quite a bit on the people we did date, and the above scenario is exactly how each of us acted in our respective situations. We joke about it now and then, and I tell her, "if you're gonna cheat on me, the guy you're with is dead... but if you give me crap for getting pissed about it, you're next"
