There seems to be alot of information that he is, but we wont know until the trial. This is simply a guage of public opinion.
 
I don't mean this in a smart ass way. If it's one of the options, I vote that I don't care. I don't think this is news by any means.

Sorry if this comes off as trolling, I really don't mean it that way.

I'm betting he gets acquitted, unless some big piece of evidence is produced by the prosecution. Not sure if he raped the girl or not, but without more evidence we really will never know.
 
I dunno... he is a good player and all but fame/money can get people to do stupid things... this can very well be a case by a bitch looking to get rich as well... i don't know...

Its just hard to see him on television without thinking about it. Everytime I see MJ I think about the accusations as well.

With the recently televised playoffs it was impossible not to notice him.

I wish that the 10 people who voted 'Yes' would tell me what piece of pretrial information led them to press that vote button. The guy has to be proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Maybe I missed some information somewhere.
 
I think she's a dirty slut that slept around with many guys. Some dumbass told her to call rape on Kobe after he heard they did it. I don't think the trial will take long once it starts, and I don't think it will take long for the jury to say, "Not guilty."

I used to like Kobe, but he's an idiot as well. Stupid situation to put yourself in and he deserves everything he's getting right now.
 
Hell NO!! Kobe can get any woman he wants and all the people calling him rapist are just jealous because they can't get all the women they want. I totally believe that he is innocent.
 
Whether he can get any woman or not is not the question here.

I doubt he will be convicted based on what I see on news but who know what else the prosecuter has on him. We won't know till the trial.

Which is why I can't believe anyone voted Yes. Seriously. Convince me or something. Or are you (referring to the Yes people) just marking yes because you dislike Kobe and/or the fact that he had sex with a white girl?
 
The only pretrial evidence so far in favor of the prosecution seems to be the woman's claim that she was raped; while evidence for the defense that's being brought out seems more compelling to contradict her claim. I don't think Kobe will be convicted.
