Baseball: What does the "H" mean after the relief pitcher's name in the boxscore?

Stands for Hold. Kept the lead basically. Not a new stat, but a lot more mainstream press is using it (and OBP, WHIP, etc.)

Hold (4 for the season in your example).

Kept the opposing team from making a comeback, but, left the game before the final innings in which case, the same feat would earn a 'save'.
