Baseball sims: which one to get?

i have always loved baseball sims such as Baseball Mogul and have recently gotten a hankering to play again. I noticed that Baseball Mogul 2003 is out, as well as Out of the Park 4. Are there any other ones that compete in this category? Which one is the best as far as simulations go?

I thought Baseball Mogul was the one "endorsed" by APBA, although I'm not totally sure.
But if you're looking for a "tactical" baseball game, I think that might be the one.
Come to think of it, I want to know, too

baseball mogul is endorsed by the MLBPA, but any game can be modded to have actual teams and names.

OOTP 4 is definately the game to get. I have OOTP 2 and OOTP 3 and they are incredibly good. Markus is dedicated to the game and he keeps on working on the concerns and issues of others (like the interface is now decent, when it was pathetic originally.) I have had many a good time simming through history.
