Baseball People: What do you use to break-in your gloves?

I have one glove that will not break in. Balls love to pop out for some reason. It is not user error, since I don't have problems with other gloves. The ball simply bounces off the surface of the inside of the mit, rather than nestling in. Any ideas on how to fix this?

A little sprutz always does the job for me 😛.

More seriously, I usually just rub a little glove oil and wrap a softball into it, then it'll soften up once you use it for a bit, there's no way around it really.

Yup, just like a good pair of shoes its the heat from your hand that will help form the leather, but I also have used some oil, and other goodies then let the glove sit overnight with a ball wrapped in it.
