baseball people...help find the answer for this question...relating to kaz matsui last night.

How many players have been intentionally walked in their first major league game.

i saw an article that said it "may have been the first time"

he also homered on the very first pitch thrown to him.
i wonder if that has ever happened?
im sure it has had to; just about everything in baseball has been done at least once.

EDIT: i guess it has, hes the third Met to do it, well first AB. article doesnt say first pitch.

"He is the 20th player to homer on the first pitch in his first Major League at-bat. The last player to do so was the Yankees' Marcus Thames on July 10, 2002."
