BartPE Help! How to add antivirus apps?

Can anyone walk me through, or link me to a good walk through on how to add apps to a BartPE disc. I have google search and found nothing that helped. I want to be able to add programs like Spybot, MBAM, etc to a BartPE for extremely infected machines.
