Barton Retail Heatsink Good Enough For A 1.33ghz Tbird?

I'm giving my uncle a Tbird 1.33Ghz Processor, I'm planning on buying a Retail Barton 2500+ CPU. Will the retail heatsink be good enough to cool the Tbird or will it overheat? I'm not planning on overclocking and I do have semi decent cooling in his case (1 120mm intake fan, 3 80mm Exhaust, 1 Side 80mm intake)

The retail heatsink on the Barton is pretty heavy-duty for stock. I can't imagine it not being sufficient to cool your t-bird.

it will work, but be careful putting on those heatsinks. ive stabbed my fair share of boards trying to get those amd retail heatsinks on there. stubborn little guys. i have since moved on to thermalright to save money on motherboard rmas.
