barton overclock noobie question

Hello all,

I'm coming from a P4 1.7 with 384 rambus. I just ordered an Athlon XP2500+ in hopes of oc'ing and getting to know a little more about oc'ing.
Here's what I just ordered:
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
2x512 Crucial Micron PC3200B DDR
Antec Plus 1080 AMG with True Power 430

I'd like to oc to XP3200 like I've been reading that so many already have.
After I raise to 200 x 11, is there anything else I need to do? Change voltage? Change settings for ram? Should I order a slk900 to cool the cpu as well?

I'm sorry if I'm repeating a common posting. I just wondered if I could get advice specifically for my setup.

Well yeah put it at 11x200 and don't touch voltage or anything. You should have no problems, and set your ram maybe to 1:1, unless yu wanna go above 200 fsb then set it to 5:4 put Prime95 it and see if there is any stability issues and if not, you're golden. 🙂
 
I am currently seeing 42C Idle, 55 Load... I need to grab a new hsf and a better case, and those things also help keep temps low. 🙂
