right now im waiting on some pc3200 ram, so all i have is pc2100. can i run a barton 2500 with this ram, and what will it clock in at?? I just want to break in the proc, cuz im gonna do some ocing. what do u guys think i should do? wait for the pc3200 or what?
 
what kinda pc2100 is it? crucial?

max oc you'll be able to do is prolly around ~166 bus or so? i guess you could try and break it in at that but thats its stock fsb anyways so it wouldnt be doin much..

Yeah you may be able to overclock it a bit....maybe to 166 at a push....Crucial is good but it's not the best overclock out there. How long are you gonna wait for the PC3200?...if it's not long then just cope with the PC2100 for now, can you run Dual Channel?
