Barton 2800+ Cooler Suggestions

So I got a Barton 2800+, and it's getting really hot at load (60-80C), so I need a good cooler that doesn't make too much noise. I was thinking of Thermalright's SI-97. What do you think about that? Is it compatible with skt939 if I wanted to use it for future CPUs? And what fan should I get with it? Are there any better alternative heatsinks? Oh, and does it fit in this motherboard? I know it's a crappy mobo.
Thank you

There is no stock fan.

Panaflo's break down like this; L = low: 1900 RPM, M = medium: 2400 RPM, H = high, 2900? RPM. The "BX" indicates the fan has tach (PRM) output, these can be hard to find somtimes. Personally, I'm hardcore anti-noise and the L1 will be enough so I would go that route.

Thanks for the info.
What I meant by stock was the stock fan that came with the CPU. Would that be enough, because I am not planning to spend too much money on cooling.

The stock fan is 60 or 70mm right?

If thats the case I don't know how you mount it. The SI-97 is built for 92mm fans.

I used Vantec Aeroflow on my Barton 2800's. I've since converted to water cooling on one of them and there is no noticeable change in Idle or Pushed temps. The vantec kept the CPU at 50*C under full load. The Vantec is quiet as well. PM me with your address and I'll send you the Vantec I don't use ..... For NO CHARGE ... that's FREE !!
