barton 2500+ unlocked wont boot unless jumper is on 100fsb

Ive had some problems over the past couple days after a live update bios flash, nd now i finanly got my pc to boot but on the 100fsb jumper, not normal jumpers.

Is it the bios?

before the bios flash the cpu worked excellent, i flashed to get the spu temp problem fixed, now i got a bigger problem eh?
