barton 2500 and Thermalright SK-6?

im getting a barton 2500 and an Abit NF7-S V2.0 mainboard.do i need to upgrade my sk6,the heatsink has a powerful ys-tech fan connected to the 12v power supply and i'll be overclocking the barton
 
You should be ok, depending on how much you have to turn up the voltage and how many CFM that fan is. If you already have the hsf, you might as well try it out.
