Bartending Thread

As the subject indicates, post your favorite non-beer alcoholic beverage with ingredients. I'm looking for something new to drink. My favorites are below:

Current Favorite: Makers Mark on ice with the tiniest splash of Gingerale.

Old Favorite: The "Dirty Girl Scout":
1 oz: Vodka
1 oz: Ice 101 (peppermint schnapps)
1 oz: Baileys
1 oz: 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 oz: skim milk to taste
serve on ice

College Favorite for cheap and quick drunkeness: the "Candy Cane":
8 oz Coke
as much ICE 101 as you can stand

Washington Apple
1 part Crown Royale (or Potters)
1 part Sour Apple Pucker
1 part Cranberry Juice

Mix in a pitcher, throw in some smashed up apples, done.

Gin, tonic water, orange zest, lots of ice.

My favorite non-beer drink is Irish whiskey or bourbon on the rocks, but I figured I should post my favorite cocktail.

I used to make something similar: equal parts of Baileys, Kaluha, and Van Gough Vodka

Currently, I'm rather simple: (2/3) Smirnoff vodka or better with (1/3) soda.

Most bars around my college wouldn't muddle the mint leaves, thus, the mojito didnt tase right. (mint was basically floated on top.)

Lemon Saki Drop

1 shot of Saki
1/2 oz of lemon juice
teaspoon of sugar.

Lemon drop, same but vodka instead of saki.

I have 2 good ones for you:

Peach Martini
1 part Vodka
1 part Peach Schnappes
1 part Malibu Coconut Rum

^Great but a little girly, very smooth though.


Alabama Slammer
1 part Soco
1 part Amaretto
2 parts Pineapple Juice
2 parts Orange Juice
1 part Grenadine

Incredible shot that's not too girly but good for those that don't like to taste too much alcohol.

3/4 Shot of armeredo (spelling?) and rest bacardi 151

half glass of light beer.

light shot on fire and drop in beer and chug. tastes like dr pepper (chugging is non optional since it tends to foam up alot )

I haven't named this one yet but it's excellent for warming up on a cold, snowy day.

Make a cup of hot chocolate.
add 1 big spoonful of butter rum batter; mix well.
add 1-2 oz. Creme de Cacao, mix well.

and thats it!

Another favorite is "the Universe":
2.0 oz vodka
0.5 oz lime juice (Rose's, or one lime fresh-squeezed)
1.0 oz pistachio liqueur (or pistachio syrup since p. liqueur is too hard to find)
1.0 oz midori
2-3 oz pinapple juice, to taste really.

Then I take white russians a step farther:
equal parts vodka, kahlua, and bailey's.
shake over ice; add a good splash of half-and-half.
if you want to modify it further, add an equal part of Hazelnut liquor.

1 Shot almaretto topped w/ brandy in shot glass
1 lighter, lit
Drop flaming shot glass into glass of cheap beer
Slam.

Oh wait, that has beer, dang. Double crap I don't drink.

Okay:

Diet Mt Dew, chilled to just above freezing, served over crushed (not cubes, not tubes, not disks, but crushed) ice.
